Introducing the Utah Wind Symphony

Several months ago, a group of people came together, recognizing the need for a new type of ensemble in Salt Lake City. The charter committee consisted of twelve performing musicians who wanted to create a professional-level ensemble that offered challenging musical opportunities, provided networking among Salt Lake City’s strong freelance music culture, and offered a new venue for professional growth.
